I see your point though. I never do shit to scuff or fuck them up either. I usually do a weekly inspection on the ones I wear. If dirty, I'll clean them. I feel you dog (pause). Too much loot to be wearing them shits like 4 times and buying a new pair,lol.

LOL, yup, i clean the bottom of my shoes, i leave them out to get rid of any moisture that might occur from me wearin them, and then i stuff the shoes with paper or shoe forms to keep them from creasing, and then i steam the leather to further the process of eliminating wrinkles. then i wrap them up, put them back in the box and put them back in my closet. hows that for anal retentive? LOL
us shoe collectors are no joke, we take it all very seriously, i even alter the way i walk in some shoes to keep them in good condition. ive seen worse people than me though LOL, dudes be doin some crazy things to preserve their shoes from air lockin them in plastic bags, to things like restrictin them from light to eliminate discoloring
