as explained to me: all magazines have extra copies after they distribute their initial subscriptions. apparantly advertisers cover the costs of distributing the surplus so that theyre ads will be displayed and the money they invested wont go to waste.

if it helps any, i put in a fake name and i create an alternate email address if they ask for one. besides that, dont put your phone number or any specific info besides your mailin address. if they send you somethin in the mail regardin a subscription you have to pay for, throw it away.

They make money by biving you free mags and getting your address. They inturn sell your address to other magazine companies and get paid nicely. Regardless of how good it sounds, they got their asses covered,lol.

yeah, just make sure you dont give them a phone number or anything that would prompt you to speak to them directly. dont commit to anything either, thats why i said i dont download anything. theyll put a tracker on your shit, and then youll have to work to get rid of it.
