She was probably doing his dad and the kid busted them. He then promised to keep his mouth shut if he can get some action too. I guess homeboy kept threatening her until she stopped giving him the business and he dicided to go public with it. Makes perfect sense to me,lol.

"It's just not right, especially for a teacher to try to do that to a student", said one student we talked with today. McClatchy High School students reacted to the sex scandal. 30-year-old married Sac State teaching intern Margaret DeBarraicua is on paid administrative leave. Police say they arrested her after finding her parked behind Hollywood Park's DaVinci school, having sex with a 16-year-old special-ed student. Her own two year old in the back seat. No one answered today at her South Sacramento home. Police were responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood and when they knocked on her steamed-up windows and discovered all three inside. "If ever a teacher was accused of doing something inappropriate or unlawful the district and school have a responsibility to act on information", said Maria Lopez, Sacramento Unified School District spokeswoman. The school sent home a letter to parents alerting them to the arrest. "Extremely poor decision by an individual that taints all of us, all of us are teachers and educators", said Ric Brown, Sacramento State University's VP for Academic Affairs. He said he's concerned about the lost trust between students and parents and their teachers. Scott Babashack/FOX40 Reporter said, "While students and parents are shocked at the weekend's incident, police believe this was an ongoing relationship." Sgt. Justin Risley of the Sacramento Police Dept. said "Actually he was in her class for some time and apparently the relationship had ocurred over several months." Another students reacted: " If a female is doing it , it's the same as if a male teacher was doing it." Students we talked with felt swift punishment is needed if she's convicted.
