Yo Stunna, I checked the mitshubishi-tv.com site and homeboy we was talking to last night was high on crack. He kept saying that the tv's and the HDMI ports were 1080p and that he was selling them and the whole shit. They need to fire his ass for not knowing what the fuck he's talking about...
The TV's are 1080p but they upscale the HDMI from 1080i.
The HDMI on all the tv's out now are still 1080i.
I am waiting for the tv's that will have dual 1080p hdmi ports as the PS3 will be dual 1080p HDMI.. I cant wait.

I was skeptical about dude when you called him out. I know for one you've been doing research on tv's for like a couple months now. When he said the price for the 62" with the dual 1080p HDMI Ports, I thought he was smoking crack. I asked him if he was selling them joints black market.

BTW, I'm leaning towards the Samsung, but I'll wait until the they upgrade.

Yeah, ima just sit back and wait.. The sony grand wega 61 is for like 3400, but it is not what i'm looking for.. That cat was just trying to talk about shit he knows nothing about.. Another guy had asked the same thing u did, he couldn't beleive the price either.. Mitshubishi is supposed to be top notch but expensive also.. I think we need to see them side by side as I have noticed that some of them have better color than others...

I talked to the wifey today and she wants a flat screen in the room and doesn't care what I get for the great room. Aftrer I heard that, I'm going all out. Give me a heads up when you're ready to purchase.

oh yeah, The reason I want to wait to get this tight tv (which ever it is) is for the Xbox 360 and the PS3.. I know the ps3 is gonna have 1080P hdmi but I am not sure of the specs of the xbox as I have not really checked.. Now since the tv doesn't exist at the moment I will have to play 360 on regular mode.. But when it does come out which cnet beleives it will be early 2006 I think that will be the single most best post christmas gift I can give my wife  . I hate waiting but I want to make sure that what I buy will use the PS3 to the fullest... Holla.. |

I won't be in my new house until next year anyway, so I got some time to wait. I think the X-Box 360 is going to be insane. I keep catching the trailers of the games and it makes me sick.

I was going to go buy a new tv today, my wife wants one now!!! and then I can buy the one I want next year.. I was looking at the 60 inch sony online, was getting ready to borrow my uncle ray's car (cuz mine is inthe shop) to go buy it instore and my other uncle calls me and tells me that Ray just got locked up and they impounded his car.. WTF, now I gotta wait for my ride to get fixed... I wanted the tv delivered tomorrow so that I can have it hooked up and all for tuesday when the xbox 360 comes out.. Bullshit I say..

I just copped this joint "Sony KDSR60XBR1 60 Inch"  Wifey wants a tv now because she cant stand the fact that I bought my mom an new tv and not her.. I'm still waiting for full 1080p support. But until the ps3 comes out I'll watch tv and play 360 on this one... |
